Lesson lengths
30-Minute Lessons
Best for voice students who want singing technique only.
45-Minute Lessons
Built for kids. Forty-five minutes gives enough time to cover technique, repertoire, and musicianship in one lesson, without rushing or wearing a young student out.
Ages: Typically for kids.
60-Minute Lessons
Designed for older students, advanced players, and specialized programs that require deeper technical focus and application, including composition and production. Voice students learning to read music belong here too.
Ages: Teens, adults, and advanced kids, including voice students learning to read music.
- Trial lesson: Every path begins with a trial lesson: $25 for 30 minutes, $35 for 45 minutes, or $45 for 60 minutes. After we match you to a teacher and lesson length, tuition moves to the monthly tiers below (plus the Annual Materials & Performance Fee at enrollment).
- Monthly tuition tiers: Founding student rates are $150/month for weekly 30-minute lessons, $225/month for weekly 45-minute lessons, or $300/month for weekly 60-minute lessons. Spots are limited. Families who enroll lock in this rate for as long as they remain enrolled. Ending enrollment means losing Founders rate eligibility; re-enrolling later is at the full studio rate. Your installment stays the same each month, even during holiday stretches or bonus weeks, as part of our 44‑lesson yearly guarantee.
- Annual Materials & Performance Fee: A $50 Annual Materials & Performance Fee is collected at enrollment and renews yearly. This bundle covers curated method books, sheet music, and recital fees so studio materials arrive without surprise add-ons later.
- In-home lessons: Available in the Atlanta area. A $20 travel fee applies per in-home visit.
- In-studio lessons: Verse Music School now offers in-person private music lessons at our studio in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward.
